I have worn this pack for two seasons now and absolutely love it. I have packed it for miles upon miles with all my gear and even salt licks in it at times and it handles the weight and gets the job done. Only thing I wish is the outside mesh pockets were made of something stronger. Putting my scope and tripod in them, they are starting to rip. But over all I’m extremely impressed.

Love this pack! It is a very well built all around pack. You have the option to sinch it down and take it out for a few hour hike or load it up and get a couple days out of it. I have yet to get the opportunity to pack an animal out with it but hopefully I can take advantage this year.

I’ve had this pack for 5 years and I love it. It goes on every hunt whether spot and stalk or sitting a blind from elk to turkey. I absolutely love this pack.

I will never leave my house on a hunting trip without my horn hunter pack! Best pack I have owned! Very comfortable and doesn’t break the bank!

I have worn this pack for over 200 miles throughout the last five years, and I would have to say that the pack is very nice for the price and has been able to do everything I have ever needed it to do. This includes carrying out a pile of shed horns, setting up trail cameras, organizing gear, and even carrying out elk quarters. With that being said, it is not free from some much needed adjustments: Hip belt pouches are completely fixed to the belt so they do not accommodate rigid items very well (i.e. GPS). Straps are long and have no where to go on the shoulder straps and hip belt (not ideal for bow hunting). Torso is not adjustable (pack doesn’t ride well under load). Side support straps on the hip belt are to short to provide tension on the body of the pack and they are not quite ideal for holding holsters or extra accessories. Luckily most of those listed issues can be worked around but they do add up and prevent this pack from being a truly amazing product.

I’ve used and abused my Main Beam pack for seven years, and I hunt a lot. It’s been on dangerous game hunts in Africa, big game hunts in Argentina, and well over a hundred big game hunts in the western United States. This pack is efficient, durable, ergonomic, and steps up to handle big jobs of hauling out quarters when necessary. It handles a spotting scope, shooting sticks, decoys, and all your day’s gear with easy access to items you need quickly (eg, rangefinder, wind dust). I have four other hunting packs that collect dust in my hunting room; just not the quality, efficiency, or trustworthiness that I get from my Main Beam.
